Allison Du (she/her)

Ally a founding member of The Thriving Initiative and has a continued commitment to using her knowledge of finance, accounting, and economics to help make community-based work like ours possible.

Alongside her work at The Thriving Initiative, Ally is a Finance Manager at Microsoft working in margin and resource investment strategy. Prior to her tenure at Microsoft, Ally was a senior auditor at EY for financial technology and SaaS companies in the Bay Area. When she is not crunching numbers, you can find her throwing pottery or out running on trails in the PNW.
