Thriving, Not Just
Survivng

About The Program

Thriving, Not Just Surviving (TNJS) is a free small group seven-week workshop series for college student survivors of interpersonal violence (sexual assault, dating/domestic violence, and stalking) where no disclosure of past trauma is required to join. Consisting of expert-led weekly workshops with trauma-informed facilitators, each workshop focuses on introducing diverse restorative and therapeutic coping techniques for healing while creating a supportive, inclusive community. This series is open to survivors of all identities from the UC Santa Barbara undergraduate and graduate communities and all Santa Barbara Community College communities!
