Tam Razon (she/her)

Tam Razon graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a bachelor's in sociology and a minor in applied psychology. Based in Santa Barbara, Tam's passion for nonprofit work grew through her studies and professional experiences supporting children, youth, and families navigating complex systems.

At The Thriving Initiative, Tam supports program operations, organizational systems, and other internal efforts that strengthen survivor-centered services across campus communities.

Outside of work, Tam is also interested in discovering experimental music, exploring new recipes, and cats.
