Elle Jones (she/her) graduated from the University of San Diego with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2020. As a counselor and an advocate, she is continuously seeking meaningful spaces to support survivors of interpersonal violence.
Elle joined The Thriving Initiative in 2025 as an Administrative Assistant. Elle has been working within trauma-informed spaces and academia over the course of 15 years, with experience as an advocate, trauma/crisis counselor, and as administrative support at multiple universities. Her guiding compass is to support survivors with compassion and values community-focused practices as a way to heal from intimate partner violence, sexual trauma, and stalking.
During her downtime, Elle loves spending time in nature, baking endless amounts of sourdough bread, visiting her local library, and cuddling with her 2 cats.
