Terri Miller is a consumer education specialist in the Federal Trade Commission's Division of Consumer & Business Education. Terri develops, implements, and evaluates high-impact public education campaigns with federal, state, and local partners to help consumers detect and avoid fraud and scams in the marketplace. Prior to working for the federal government, Terri spent over fourteen years in higher education on campuses including Drexel University, UC San Diego, and Old Dominion University. Terri has worked in academic advising, student affairs, military programs, living-learning communities, and new student and parent programs and brings a passion for student success to the Thriving Initiative. Terri holds a Master of Science degree in Education from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Bridgewater College.
