"Being a part of Thriving Not Just Surviving (TNJS) has been a rewarding experience as a Co-Facilitator and someone who's able to actively grow as a person throughout the workshops. I've learned a lot of beneficial ways to be mindful and received helpful guidance to healing that I may not have tuned into as actively without being in TNJS. Not only did I get to bond with peers a part of the Thriving Initiative and participants of the TNJS workshops, I got to learn more about myself throughout the academic year. TNJS has grounded me and I'm so proud to have committed to getting with such a safe community."
